hundreds of ivory inlays make these columns they are broken and falling into the bottom of the butt and silver and abalone vines growing up the cue

all i can say is wow i spent most of the afternoon looking at the tolerances and it is crazy

My last guess would be Bob Meucci.

The silver work would make me think that it is Richard Chudy but not showing the end of the butt it could be Perry Weston.
