whoa... hold on. I just skipped back into today's live feed, and happened across the explanation of the race length. Now I can't post a link with a timestamp included, but the commentator said when the Chang/Urban match was at 0-0:
"Now I have news for you... When it gets, because I wasn't too sure, because we were at hill-hill, it was 8 a piece, and then it went 9-8. It's race to 10 when it's hill-hill. ...and when it's 10 each, it's the toss of the coin."
Then he stops the explanation by pointing out some unknown player in the background.
Does that make sense to anyone...? It's a race to 9, unless you reach 8-8, and then the race 10, but if you somehow manage to both get to 10, then it's decided by a flip of a coin...? WTF...???
