I commentated one of Ruslan's Straight Pool Challenge sessions at DCC one year. I couldn't help but comment on how beautiful his stroke was and that his patterns were fantastic. He was so smooth and composed.
Then he missed a shot... BAM!!! He had reared back and punched the slate!!!! Hard!
I'm reminded of this right now because if his PHR / ATH is 274, and he scratched on 266....

Oof, brutal. He hit that a lot harder than I thought he would.
This was the break he scratched on. Bob, here is what you were talking about. Would that have been a break ball in a standard rack? Looks close.
