I recall there was a thread/discussion about that Morra/SVB match when it happened, but I can't find it now (I only gave it one attempt).
If the worst thing someone can say about him is that he may have kept playing after a missed call in a game of Banks in 2012, out of about a billion kajillion matches I've seen him play, I'm going to give him a pass this time

Clearly ONB, no one's going to learn what *you* are talking about from your lips or fingertips today or anytime in the foreseeable future.
You explicitly describe SVB as having cheated, but predictably won't explicitly say in print (publish herein -- publicly on the Internet) how he cheated.
If your charge is true and there's no malice on your part -- therefore no libel jeopardy -- then don't be coy about the facts as you perceived them (since you gratuitously brought the matter up).
