Terry has asked for a list of those that contributed, being Terry he wants to thank everyone personally as well as on the forum. Several people requested their names not be mentioned and I think I have respected that. A few more people contributed but I was unable to connect their real name with their forum handle. Also I tabulated this list from four different places, literally, so if some people were missed I would appreciate it if you reminded me here or PM'ed me if you prefer. The names are posted here in the order they appeared on the lists but the lists were in no particular order so there is absolutely no meaning to where someone's name appears on the combined list.
A huge thanks to all. We have a very nice laptop on order for Terry and sent him enough funds to replace a dying stationary DVD player in his bedroom with plenty left over for DVD's!

As far as Terry's health, the good news is that all of his blood counts have been very good for the last two weeks and they plan to take the PIK line for the antibiotic feeds directly into his heart out in two weeks.
The news that isn't so good is that he is still in a lot of pain and the occupational therapy they are having him perform seems to be making it much worse. He is also still having trouble sleeping and getting around. He had hoped to get to his computer for a few minutes to post his thanks but so far it just isn't happening. He did ask me to try to tell everyone how much this means to him but he will have to do that himself. He is genuinely overwhelmed and super appreciative.
Those that are praying for him, please continue. He still has a long hard row to hoe before recovering as far as possible and he is almost certainly facing retirement or retraining for another career path once he recovers enough to make any decisions.
Again, my thanks to everyone that pitched in to help with the gifts and a special thanks to all of those that prayed or sent up their best wishes for Terry. The support for Terry has been fantastic and really showed the good side of AZB, the people on it, and the people in the pool world. I'd say I was truly humbled by this outpouring but who would believe that?
