Scott's only mistake was to not leave town with his winnings. That damn Las Vegas is a brutal town for pool players. It's tough to get out of town with the shirt on your back.

That last time I was there, I couldn't wait to leave, so much so that I drove all night long to get the heck out of there. Driving over the Hoover Dam in pitch-black dark is a little unsettling, but it sure as heck beats that Las Vegas. You can have it, the heat, the scantily-dressed broads, the non-stop gambling. YUCK!:angry:

Damn I just scanned through every page of this.

In todays world of technology there is almost no place where there is not a camera recording.

IF DD paid scott or even met with him then the evidence or at least part of the equation is there. No need to claim payment if you did so and it was in a casino. Video everywhere.

Scotts lucky that he didnt try and rough up someone that would take it to the next level.

These situations are why people end up in jail over nothing. Granted its a lot of money but is it really worth your life or a life in prison.

I am considering back surgery and really don't have the strength and stamina that I once had. So why should I play you with all my problems?? I don't know but i'm ready to play.

You know the one where he offered you a settlement and you said you weren't paying anything. The same conversation where you ADMITTED that you were stiffing them.
