A banger at best...

This my new custom made Titleist conversion done by my very good friend, Bill Schick in Shreveport, LA.

18.5 ounces
60" long, 30/30 split
(2) 12.75mm shaft, 1 inch ivory ferrule, red pad with medium tip
3/8-10 ivory joint, pin tipped with ivory and an "S" on the end
Butt has been specially modified with a more slender taper in the handle area
White with green spec irish linen wrap, in tradition
Ivory Hoppe ring in the butt, to include my initials, CAM and his name and date

This cue was designed for myself, but I plan to rarely use it. Just at home perhaps on occasion. I plan on passing this cue down for my step-son, in hopes that he will use it. If not, then he can perhaps sell it to get a cue that is more comfortable for him...or whatever he wants. I call it my legacy to him...

Enjoy!

Uncle Chad, I love you so much.
You are the best in the world.
That's one purdy cue I'm gonna have someday. :)

Shorty, that's a beautiful Titlist cue that Bill built. Should he ever want to sell it let me know.

Schick conversion

Great looking cue Shorty! One of the nicest Titleist conversions i've seen and it certainly won't hurt the value that it was done by Bill Schick.

Now that's a well done tastefull plain cue. Gus Szamboti said, fancy never made a ball. Beautiful cue, keep it my friend, Bill Schick is the last of a dying breed. The Skunk.

Chad,

Nice cue my friend! You're a Titlist Machine....! Congratulations, I hope it shoots as good as it looks and with Bill's workmanship, I'm sure it will.

BTW I had Bryan at BCM add some weight to the Jazz cue I got from you. It weighs 19.3 oz. now and plays really well! Thanks again...

Regards,

Steve

Sweet Cue Shorty! Questions- Did you have to provide the blank to Mr. Schick? And what was the turn around time for the cue?

It Ain't No Carson! Hehe

Whoah, Shorty! That came out even better than I imagined. Sparky veneers, extra engraving, classic linen wrap. Don't ever part with it - EXCEPT to me (Charles Arthur Montgomery of the Louisiana Montgomery's :D ) I bet when you shoot with it, you're going to have a REAL hard time putting away for your step-son. ;)

I don't care what cue makers say about their finishes, I'm going to start shootin' you guys that take pics of your cues laying on hard surfaces!!! :p

Great looking cue

Great looking cue what does Bill charge to do one like that if you have the butt already.

nice shortcakes!

did ya find out about the bushka shafts?

Thanks and yes...it is a Bushka according to the way I was told to verify it.

I may part with the shaft soon as a matter of fact. I am just addicted to my Predator too much.
