What radius shape do you like on your cue tip?
Some say a nickle... some prefer a dime radius.

What do you have on your cue tip?

A. a nickle radius
B. a dime radius
C. some type of mushroom shape

Hybrid, I take my ultimate tip tool and start with a dime until I get a little more than half shaped then finish with the nickel. Has more curvature than a nickel and a little less than a dime. First time I did it I was just being lazy and for some reason I liked it and have continued since. No particular reason why I like it either.

I do both-on the same tip. I made a bunch of shapers by gluing 120 sandpaper to various sizes of plastic or aluminum tubing. Tried everything from dime size (.750 ID tube) thru 1 1/4" ID. What works best for me is a dime around the perimeter, and a nickle (.875 ID tube) through the middle. It seems to work for me, as it takes very little sanding to keep my tip maintained.
