I was reading through another tread and it got me to thinking about tips. What I want to know on your primary playing cue, what kind of tip you use right now.. I will keep a tally and try to update it as often as I can. This way we can see just what AZ'ers shoot with.

I'll start, I use a sniper on my Scruggs

I use Talisman or Moori Medium. I have been miscueing alot with Moori, so I have been leaning towards Talisman more & more.
 
Talisman hard or a pressed Triangle (prefer solid tips but they're just too inconsistent).

The only reason the Webb doesn't have a hard-packed Sumo on it is it got TOO hard,and wouldn't grab the ball,so I had the Moori put on,and once again wasn't impressed with this guys work. I did try a freshly installed Sniper on Ike Runnel's cue,and it felt ok,like it had been played with already,but was still a tad too soft for me. Tommy D.
 
Triangle on my Wayne Holmes but I will be putting a Moori Medium on tomorrow for the first time.

I like those too. If I don't have Kamui's. Everest would probably be my next choice. And then Moori Quicks. Forgot about everest. I think it is so much better than a sniper. And I like all tiger tips.

I try out different tips. Have customers using triangles, moori, talismen, tiger, everest and some hercules.
