what type of rosewood? i love the middle piece
They look like crosscut coco suitable for pens.
Not the usual straight grain for cues.
They will not stay straight unless cored.
Crosscut woods look funny in cues imo.
as per wood supplier, brw. but i havent tested it yet for flouresence, so could not confirm it. is there any other to test it for confirmation?

I would sell them to mehi gents, hopefully someone could help me with this. I have these rosewood pieces that would like to use for cues. Should it be cored or not? The grains are not straight base on the attached photo. Would age be a factor? This is about 10 years old.

Scrape it with a razor blade. If it is dalbergia nigrae it will smell like bubble gum.
