He's playing too slow and overthinking everything.
 
The amount of expertise on here is staggering - or is it the posters that are staggering? Surely they must be drunk

Dennis always plays slow. He does not pull the trigger until he is 100% sure of what he is doing.
 
Tony 12 Dennis 4 ... players taking their first break as I write this.

Dennis appears to be playing scared ... indecisive shot selection, getting down and up and down and up...

Not only is Dennis missing some shots but he is making bad mental decisions.

Looks right now like Tony stole Dennis's confidence yesterday and replaced it with fear.

Dennis needs to clear his head and remember who he is and what he can do.

They are coming back to the table...
 
Dennis is always slow. Usually it makes him seem like a calculating assassin type. However it takes on another tenor when he's playing poorly.
 
Dennis always plays a little slow.. You should never just get up and shoot. You can but against top players you will lose.
 
Lol this is Dennis's worst game and this is the only game Chohan can compete with him at IMO. This and banks.. And they are fairly close in that. If they played 8 ball, 9 ball, 10 ball, rotation, bar table, 10ft, 3 cushion it wouldn't even be a match. I talked to Dennis before the match and he said he still doesn't know all the moves playing one pocket. He's still not 100 percent comfortable with the game.
 
So Tony plays quick so should Dennis? Tony has more 10x the one pocket Dennis has. And trust me 13 games of pool doesn't really prove anything

Man, I don't know when DO is going to get into gear, but right now it just appears Tony is just outmoving him.....Tony's cue ball is on a string with brains.
DO has got to be frustrated. 13-4 Tony...

Well that may all be true however DO is playing his B game he's not even close to his A game he clearly has not been comfortable with the table or the balls he's missing his mark on shape / leave routinely if he gets comfortable and starts hitting his marks thing could change quickly
