I just recieved this masterpiece from Tony. The entire time it took to make this cue, he kept me informed and involved in some decisions. It was a great experience. I cant wait for the next one he makes for me.

The cue came out amazing...with the ebony, ivory and silver...right down my alley. Thanks again Tony
Steve

Great looking cue Steve. Glad to see Tony's cues with the nice inlay work to match the nice point work like this example.

Thanks for posting the pictures.

Steve, You sure have some nice friends named Tony. Looks great, Bob C.

Wow... that is amazing work Tony Z... You've got another winner of a cue there Steve.

Note to self... Next time you met a guy named Tony, ask him if he makes cues. ;)

Steve, this is a real beauty. Did you design the ring work? The cue really flows. Congrats on another masterpiece.

Thanks for all the nice comments.....the Tony thing is very funny.....LOL

I didnt design any of it, I wish I did. The involvement in this cue was great tho. All during the cue making process, Tony was emailing me and giving me choices. I thank my lucky stars that I always picked HIS recomendation.

Thanks for sharing the pictures. :)

This is the nicest Zinzola cue i've seen. I like ebony cues and this is a sweet design.......

That cue looks like made in collabration with black boar:D

Beautiful cue Tony,Please keep up the good work

I didn't know what to expect when opening this thread but I was taken back by the pics. What a great looking cue. Plus the execution is first rate. I am unaware of Tony's work but I will definately check out more examples in the future, thank you for sharing.

What is the black in between the veneers, Steve? Is it the same technique as Ron Haley employs?

Another beauty for Steve.....:)
You couldnt ask for a nicer person........

another great cue from tony. i watched the progress of this cue from start to finish and it came out much better than i had originally anticipated. yes si, those are paper veneers similar to ron haley's cues. tony has come a long way and steve really challenged him to step his work up a notch and tony came thru. congrats steve.

hey

Those are paper between the veneers, just like Haleys. Was playing some pool tonight for a couple of hours...and this cue plays fabulous

Ummmmm, not to piss in anyone's Wheaties, but,

1) Souldn't the Barbells have a cross piece that joins the rounded ends?
2) Some of the inlays looks sorta, ummm, not so clean
3) The finish isn't so......shiny and smooth

Other than that, nice cue. I bet it it hits a ton!!!!!

Edit: This looks great for a person's 55th cue. Tony seems to be making some great progress in his cue building.
