I hate to dis anyone, but he is definitely stronger than Gentile, Joyner, Rafael, Jeremy, and Sylver (and probably Gabe in my opinion, but most would not agree); probably a slight underdog against the rest, but easily capable of running over any of them on a given day.

I agree. I selected Cory a bit randomly because he has a style that seems a little unconventional at times, but results speak for themselves. Top ten is a tough list to make.

Cant believe Parica is not getting due credit. Yes, he is getting older but he is an execution machine at one pocket. some of the greatest one pocket I have ever seen has been played by Jose.

Hey Adam,

I heard he pulled up after you beat him four in a row. What was he crying about this time?

Also, reports have had the new room in O-town on, then off, and now back on. What's the story?

We went back and forth, me being up 2 then 1, etc... then finally, I won 4 in a row and he quit.

The usual complaints:

Table too fast (although the last time we played he said how much he liked it)
Rails too springy
Not enough room for his 94" cue...
Music too loud
Pockets too big (he said we need to play on 3" pockets next time, yet he was shooting the balls into the rails by the end of the night)
He complained about "how come you have an answer for every move I do and it only takes you 0.5 seconds to think of it?"...... haha

Its fun anyways and I don't mind the occasional monologues.

The room has never been "off".. You know how unreliable pool hall gossip is.

Its coming along, and looking at opening by the end of July. I was down there Sat. and its going to be nice.
