Toupee Jay's pool room

Jay, nice room....me = jealous

Hope to shake your hand one day.....and maybe fly other there and check out that sweet table in person.....very nice...

And the other difference between our tables that you may want to consider... I had Glen remove all of the advertising decals on my table. The only lettering left on the table are the script "Diamond"s that are engraved into the sides of the short rails. Removing all the decals makes a nice clean-up imo... making the Pro Am look less industrial.

I'll post a pic later.

Nice room... I like it, brother. :thumbup2:

Here's my Pro Am with the decals removed.

Jay - We have the same tables... both set up by Glen... 'cept I've got tournament blue for my cloth. And it looks like you have the standard pro cut pockets as well... right?

Thanks Dave,

Nice room you've got as well. I like the two big bikes in the corner, Harleys I'm sure. Looks like you've got the same tight pockets - tough ass table is all I've got to say. I kind of like the original tournament look with all the decals added, but to each their own.

Those are really great photographs, Rick. I meant it. Wow!

You can see the line between his bridge arm and the stroke arm, forming a triangle, and then the look in his eyes is priceless. Check out the railbirds in the background sweating Jay's shot. :p

I was shooting the two with a soft draw back about a foot or so for the three. I remember when you snapped that shot. You took three or four during that rack. I ran out and won that match. I think I lost my next match to Tres Kane. He played good!

Thanks right back at ya, Jay.

Yeah, the bikes are Harleys... both '02s... a Road King and the Wide Glide in my avatar.

I agree... to each their own.

We have a mutual friend... Jeff J... who is my regular practice partner. We practice together for ~4 hours on Tuesdays after work. Great friend!

Ask him about the time I tried side betting matches with him. He is the only guy who ever beat me six in a row!

Awesome room, Jay! One of these days I will get to ole' Cali. Shot a few balls on a Diamond yesterday. Strange to say, but felt a little more solid (? dunno if that is the right word) than the GC's that I am use to. I desperatly want a Diamond :) - John

nice room jay,

with bustamante on the wall

you have any idea what business fatboy does, to earn those kind of money,

Yes,.. very nice Jay and great pics.

I have also wondered what fatboy does???... maybe someone will chime in..... what a house!

Thanks guys for all the compliments. Most days she just sits there all by her lonesome, neglected by me. I walk past her ten times a day and say to myself, "Today I'm going to hit some balls." And then tomorrow comes! Just like right now.

I do keep her clean and ready at all times. The cloth, the rails and the balls are clean right now, and there is good chalk, powder and anything else you might need. Plus about six or eight nice playing cues in that wall rack. The only cue I won't let anyone use is my Josey. Funny how we are about letting someone use our personal cue. I'll let someone drive my Mercedes before I'll let them shoot with my cue. Weird huh? :sorry:

Great room Jay looks like you gave it lots of thought. I really like the art . Bet you never want to leave the house now.
