Entertaining if nothing else. Wish they could just commentate.

Entertaining if nothing else. Wish they could just commentate.
Upstate's streams are always like that. One year they spent 30min talking about tires for a fishing boat trailer. They go off on all kinds on tangents. Wish they'd schedule better players for the stream table, no offense to Pat. Watching some young girl and another complete no-name is not much fun to watch.
That was more unhinged that anything I ever heard Earl say....literally 65 minutes on one breath.
They need to put the players people want to see on....but it's never going to change.
It's TS 38 and it is like every one before....
Thing is this event could be so much more with a few changes.
mike zuglan usually sets the tone with a soap box speech at the players meeting, then the audio experience spirals downwards until jayson shoots the winning 9-ball
I had to work and was unable to listen to the commentary. Could somebody please explain what Johnny Archer was referring to about being sick and going to doctors and making Oscar whole?Archer in the booth has been interesting, to say the least... actually answered a lot of questions* and makes a lot of sense now
I'm pulling for him again.
I understand why the pool community is upset about him stiffing Oscar. I'd be furious if it were me and mine that that happened to. But the cyberbullying going on Facebook with long threads mocking Johnny and posting cruel words is hard to read, at least for me.

It's better if you listen to it yourself. It was raw and emotional. It was real (albeit strange and rambling at times) and unscripted. I'm sure he feels like a huge weight was lifted off his shoulders. I didn't agree with the borderline threats, but he was letting off some steam that needed to be released undoubtedly. I don't know the whole story, maybe no one does, but if he's really doing what he said he was, I'm a fan again. We all need a second chance sometimes, this is his, from me.
