I got myself into this mess and really didn't expect the reasons for my financial difficulties that I have to rear their heads.
I would gladly give Mr. Lanz THE CUE AND HIS PAYMENT TO SAVE FACE HERE, AND THE ORIGINAL PAYMENT WAS LOST SO I HAVE JUST UNDER 600.00 IN IT.
IT BREAKS BUT NOT THAT GOOD .
I'm trying to contact this guy one last time.
Several board members are aware of my offer from the previous owner I didn't fabricate this, I was only trying to sell the cue back to him as I promised him first shot. It has nothing to do with Mr. Lanz other than thats my only source of $ for pool. I have 3 kids Christmas blah blah blah, and I'm on tilt!
My god can we arrange for me to be stoned (with rocks) this is humiliating.

shane just called me and is dilligenty trying to resolve this matter.lets give him a little room, and as long as he keeps the lines of communication open and is attempting to make a small mistake right. Tis the season for forgiving! he had a deal with me and he came thru! i believe that he can make this happen. Dick is a very easy going guy and im shure this will work. the moral of this story is just let people know your having a little trouble. i know it can be embarassing to let people know about your money problems. but a little pie in the face to one person is much better than a forum full of people throwing pies! lets see
Hey nine out I found out the hard way about postal money orders going crooked, do yourself a favor and never send another one out for payment. I am making monthly payments to Treasury Dept over one the ebay seller claimed they didn't get and I cancelled it and paid the seller cash and drove 10 hours to Chattanooga Tn to make cash payment. The seller called E Sells holds the MO and when he folds shop 8 months later he deposits it into his account and since 6 months earlier the post office refunded my money to me they say I recieved double use of the MO. Instead of fraud on him I'm paying plus federal fees almost triple, when you cancel a MO it does not stop payment. The Treasury Dept guy in Alabama I'm dealing with says this happens daily so send a personal check next time I guess. Your post office should have a record of MO I think anyway good luck and I hope the family regains there health.--Leonard
don't send the cue and the cash.man you just had some bad rolls.don't sweat it so bad.it seems like more was made out of this than there really is too it and maybe Dick jumped the gun or dramatized ths thread with the scammer talk.i can't say for sure b/c i don't know the whole story,but your current actions sure don't seem like those of a scammer.everything is taken care of now,so everything is cool.you're allright with me anyway.

I have a PM stating the money has been transferred to a neutral party who can identify himself if he so desires. Thats a relief I'm thankful to (DPENCE) for going ahead and buying the cue, after this thread I would of had a very hard time selling it
I apologize for losing my cool, at this point integrity my is about all I have.
At any rate I have said my goodbyes to the BG and it looks like the Hill will be my player
Thats not so bad after all, its been in my case for the most part but in the near future I'll make the DEBUT!
Mr. Dick Lanz is in no way to blame here, he sent me the product and I was VERY late sending him the 2nd cash payment so I understand his frustrations. This transaction got sticky and I've learned a life lesson about Postal Money Orders, NEVER HIDE THE RECEIPT FROM YOURSELF AND YOUR WIFE!!!!! Or vice versa!
This break cue got expensive but like you said mason thats how they roll sometimes. Bill Grassley forwarded a Manzino and a VERY NICE Jensen (last month) to me and he has $ for the Manzino and the Jensen remains available from Bill at a great deal but wasn't the right cue for me! My point is that these are cues that someone might take advantage of someone on. Not a 300.00 break cue. Heck I work 60-70 hrs a week I don't have time to scam and if I did I'd trade my day job for a life!
Mr. Lanz I apologize, my intent was never to scam you!
