I've got up to $2000 to spend & I want a new cue. I would really like another Scruggs, but will consider any other builder, here are the main things I am looking for in order of importance:

Ivory Joint
Big Pin
Ivory Hoppe Ring
Ivory Ferruls
Titlist
2 Shafts
4-6 pointer
Bumperless
Wrapless
Leather or Exotic Wrap
NONE or very, very few inlays

WOODS: Ebony, Coco, Curly Maple, Straight grained Maple, Snakewood, Ambonya Burl, & many others these are just the main preferences...

NO PURPLEHEART!!

Ok, let's see whats out there.
Thanks

I dont have a dog in this fight, but there is a Tucker on listed for sale is close to the range your looking at. I am looking for money myself as I type this.

Omen

I wasn't planning on selling this one, but, PM me for price if interested

Body:
Ebony nosed with 9 pts of pink ivory, curley maple, with recut pink ivory inside of the curley maple points. Wrap is textured leather and 3/8 11. The finish on this cue is close to perfect, there is a small void in the finish about .5 mm in the ebony nose area between the points. Butt is 29" and 15.4 oz. Fancy ring work at A, B, and E. Silver ring work above and below leaher wrap. No ivory or inlays in this cue.

Shaft 1-3.4 oz, 29" and 12.83mm
shaft 2-3.4 oz, 29" and 12.96mm

Cue plays as nice as they come with a solid hit. Both shafts have the slightest hint of taper roll and nothing leave the table together or apart. This cue is a true player! I will offer a 100% satisfaction garantee and if you don't like the cue for some reason, return in the same condition as recieved and I will return your money minus shipping. This is good for 5 after you receive the cue. PM me for price, you will have enough of your budget left to buy a nice case!

cue

I just spoke to Russ Espiritu, He doesn't have anything around now, but he can build you one.

All the cues I have seem to be a bit to fancy. I have a nice one with redwood burl, but there are quite a few ivory diamonds on the rear.

I want to thank everyone that posted &/or contacted me. A lot of great cues to choose from & I bet I changed my mind 100 different times. I finally decided on a Ivory jointed Schick Titlist conversion. I will post pics & give a review when I get cue in hand & start running racks with it. Again, thanks for all the posts & pics!
