HERES AN UPDATE ON THE RW ON RW FOR A CUSTOMER AND A FEW OTHER CUES FOR CUSTOMERS. I TOOK ALOT OF ORDERS AT THE SHOW. ACTUALLY TURNED AWAY A FEW ALSO. THESE WOODS ARE FROM WILD WOODS I GUESS ITS CALLED. I HAD A FEW PPL PICK OUT SOME WOODS FOR CUES. I WASNT TOO CRAZY ABOUT THIS IN THE BEGINNING SO I SAID NO A FEW TIMES BUT AFTER A FEW DAYS I JUST BROKE DOWN. WOOD IS CORED AND READY TO GO...

RW CUE I KINDA WANT TO LEAVE WRAPLESS. SOMEONE HINTED AT IT BUT I DIDNT FEEL LIKE IT WOULD COME OUT BEST WRAPLESS UNTIL NOW. ULTIMATELY ITS UP TO THE CUSTOMER I HAVE REAL LIZARD AND A NICE SMOOTH. THIS GUY CHANGES HIS MIND LIKE HIS UNDERWEAR SO NEVER KNOW WHATS NEXT:):) ITS OK THO. WHAATEVER MAKES HIM HAPPY...

PICS... ENJOY

Very nice looking cue...i personally would like to see it finished without a wrap

You said they are from "Wild Woods"... these are resin impregnated pieces?

Yes. I haven't worked with anything from them yet. The curly was hard like ebony but the spalted maple went thru fast. That wood is pretty soft

i would prefer wrapless on the first pics....love it, im sure the veneer will pop up. Nicely done Dave, also awesome wood youve got there...

Spalted

Wow.. the 2nd spalted maple from the left is incredible! Is that a handle/forearm/entire cue??

I would also like the cue to be wrapless. :)

That CM looks awesome. Didn't see that in SBE. I saw the Maple Burl square when you showed it to Eric at the Mezz booth. Very nice looking, but heavy.

Hey

Dave, Wrapless all the way. I cant wait to see the finished cue....it looks like its going to be a killer

Here's the plan for the wood. First spalted maple will be an entire cue with a black lizard wrap. Second spalted maple withhold be the handle for an African blackwood cue. The thirc curly will be a handle for a firey cocobolo cue and the last maple Burl isn't spoken for yet. Not sure what I'll do with that.

The rosewood cue I'm really on the fence with. I lke it both ways.

Great looking woods Dave, the maple burl is really sweet. If these play half as good as the cue I got from you there's going to be some happy customers.
