I qualified in Atlanta by edging out Joseph Cole 11-9 in probably one or the most fun and challenging matches I've ever played in. The others that i can remember are Amy Chen, Wai Pang, Ricardo Nixon, David Cantrell and i believe Jeff Hooks and Tyson Allen. There were 4 other guys and one other lady that made it but can't remember their names.

I know of 2 guys from Greenville SC that made it thru Nick Van Allen and Mike Wise.

Conrgrats!!! What a good win. Joseph Cole can straight up play. I enjoyed watching him play last year in Tampa. Him and Brian put on a VERY entertaining final last year.

Thanks for the update. Was one of the other guys Harry Perrine? He is a solid player and a good sport. Was hoping he qualified.

Bob P.

if dave cantrell made it i think that means harry did not. i was talking to dave's wife and i think she said dave had to play harry. but i could be totally f-ing wrong. it was my birthday and i was trying like hell to get out of cues (i shoot there on sundays). dave's wife posts on here and she was helping to run the boards so hopefully she will let us know who all the qualifiers were.

I played here in Tampa and make it to the round before the finals of the one lose side. No easy rounds here, lots of good players. I think we had 120 male players, my rounds were 7-4,5-7,7-4,7-6,7-5,7-3,3-7... I'll be ready for next year!

way to go kristen. she is an atlanta girl. and yes she is quite attractive...and good. she has whipped my ass in a few tournaments and in bca. good for her:thumbup:

IF she is who I'm thinking of, she was playing a couple of tables over, at BCA Vegas this year. (I have a weakness for cute, petite blonds...)

As far as Harry Perrine, I think I know him from years ago...shorter, heavy set guy with a mustache? From NJ?

Richko won in 2007 i think. 2008 was Travis Gunn and last year was Brian Parks. 2nd was Joseph Cole last year and I think Travis Gunn got third if my memory serves me right. If I'm not someone please help.
