Does this table really come to 90 degree square at the corners as this overhead view would seem to show? I would think this could be painful if not being careful while walking around the table?
Player contract small print says to wear a cup, if applicable.

There are other balls in that set that are even harder to tell apart than that. If memory serves it is the 10 ball and 2 ball that half the time are very difficult to tell apart even on the best screens when facing a certain way.

The irony is that Emily Frazer says that the sole reason for the changing the traditional colors of the pool balls and her excuse for the pink 4 and purple 5 etc was because it was hard to tell some of the traditional balls apart on some screens (which was rarely true two decades ago and would essentially never be true with the screens of today). But then she goes and comes up with a set (the black set being used here) that even on the best screens has literally ten times more problems with telling balls apart than the traditional colors ever did on crap screens. She is either full of sh!t or incredibly stupid. Or some of both.

This is a very interesting match to watch.

Two players, that had to fight hard to get to the final and are a bit drained.

As much as I root for Max to get his first big title, FSR is, in my opinion, the second best 9ball player this season and has more stamina and the better nerves in a close match.
In the end I think Max missed his chances in the beginning to build up a bigger lead.

sorry guys very late to the us open party is there a credible link to watch the last few racks?
Lots of links in the post below. I've never had a problem with any of them for years but like every other prudent person I also have a good antivirus and ad blocker (don't know that they wouldn't be safe to go to even without them but I wouldn't personally go to any site without them).

yup, should have made a bigger impact when he had the chance. 9-6 now and likely 10-6

Safety battle after the break won by Lechner, who runs out to make it 11-10.

Interesting stat--at this point both players have lost more racks when they've broken than they've won.

Lechner scratches on the break, and FSR makes a beautiful breakout of the 6 going from the 5 to the 6.

FSR on the hill 12-10.
