US Open 9B October, 2022 -- Atlantic City

Best advice I can give you is go to Facebook, search for "Matchroom Pool", click on the result for their page (will have a "Sports Event" label under the name - NOT one of the links listed under "Groups"), then scroll down until you see the video post with a red "LIVE" flag in the upper left corner.

Because of the event's popularity, you're going to see related FB posts with all sorts of misleading, fraudulent links in their comments. Ignore them all.
I've been going to the AZ front page link.

Thanks for the link info....matches haven't begun yet today, but I looked at the path you described, and it looks as if it will work...!!!

Also, just search Matchroom pool on Facebook. No need to look at anything else on the page. Just scroll down their feed until you see the live icon on the match. Sometimes the replays get pushed to the top if there are a lot of comments. I

Greetings from Atlantic City to all. Today looks like a beauty in the US Open 9-ball Brackets.

In my view, the truly great match in the round of 64 is Yapp vs Pehlivanovic, who wound up on the "B" side after a double hill loss to Oscar Dominguez. Of the two, Yapp, the 2021 silver medalist, is probably in slightly better form, having won his last two events, the Michigan Open and the Sandcastle Open, but Pehlivanovic beat him in their last hookup, the semifinals of the World Games in July, with truly magnificent play.

Barring a major upset, Filler will play Gorst in the Round of 32 at 2:30 PM Eastern time. The Russian ban got in the way of bringing this rivalry into its fullest bloom, but that makes this one of the most anticipated matches in a long, long time. It's sad that one of the world's two best players will fail to reach the last 16.

If there is a live longshot in today's play, it might just be Venezuelan Jesus Atencio, who is playing magnificent pool to this point, but his draw is very difficult, so he'll really have to earn it if he's to survive the day's play. Dutch pro Mark Bijsterbosch is also showing increasingly strong form and might be another live long shot.

Other than in the very late stages of an event, it's not often that I'm on time for the first match of any session, but that 10:00 AM match between Shaw and Corteza seems too good to pass up, so I'll make an exception.

Joven Bustamante represents the Philippines and does not have a US citizenship, why has the Matchroom editors put the US flag next to his name for this event? I'm confused. 😁

They've done this in the past at the U.S Open 9-ball in 2019 with Marco Teutsher who represents the Netherlands and does not have NZ citizenship but because he lives in New Zealand they put a NZ flag next to his name 🤦‍♂️ This should be simple stuff no?

moritz neuhausen would be my long shot / outside pick, but i like what i've seen from atencio too. very talented.

my main pick, and hope, is mario he.

Day 4- Last 64 and Last 32 Knockout Single Elimination stage
Don't recall any recent major where there are so many big matchups 5 matches away from the final. Awesome

The easiest thing to do is just pull up their direct Videos section of their Facebook page. If there is anything live it will be right there on the top.

Of course Table 1 is out of commission now so nothing to see, yet.

YES! Niels Feijen defeats Germany's Thorsten 'The Hitman' Hohmann (9-2); and now, moves onto the last 32, to play Chinese Taipei's Ko Ping Chung - GJ
