Appeal By Annigoni

So after winning the judgement for $5190 against Annigoni & The Two Cushion Club in small claims court, Annigoni appealed the decision on the last possible day. So now we are going to Superior Court. The court date is Monday, June 4th, at 11:00am at the Fairfield, Ca Courthouse.
Wish me luck on getting the right decision.

Jeff,
Might want to contact the lady at the peppermill casino. I think tony still owed money for the rooms and other expenses. Also the table mechanic guy.

Call me during the day and I can look up her name and number - I have it at office.

Buck tooth might be able to help some too as far as previous run ins with tony and paying debts. Bucktooth had to pay his debt on at least one occasion.

Annigoni Ramblings

So I am waiting for the Solano County Court to give me a court date to finally settle this thing. Annigoni says he wants a trial. He walked in to the mediation appointment and told the mediator that he did not want to mediate. He then talked for 45 minutes about what an expert on Gambling he is, and all about his book, "Playing Off the Rail" and so on and so forth about how he is NOT paying this.
I have heard this from him before. He just kind of takes over the conversation. I wonder what the judge will think of him NOT paying the winners of the tournament?
I think he is just waiting for the statue of limitations to run out in December of 2012 so he can put this behind him. He still owes all the money he did a year ago. He has not payed anyone else to my knowledge.
I will keep the people posted on when the court date is. I would love to have some people who are owed money come to testify against ANNIGONI, or Write a letter as to WHY he has not paid you guys so I can use it against him when I show it to the judge.
If you can send me a letter please address it to Jeff Gregory

Where you least expect it. Jeff print the page from his website(usppa.com) or org. where he readily admits he owes everybody from the tournament and plans on paying them. Don't know how he would explain that to a judge.

CODE Of Conduct???????????????????????????????????????????

Any news? we seem to be nearing a conclusion
