Just wanted to share a few pics of one recently completed for a friend of mine. A nice little 57" Hoppe style hustler with a slick satin finish. Thank you for looking.

That would look great with a wrap..

Ken

LOL...Ken I firmly believe if you had a 1 of 1 Franklin SW with the only known piece that existed in the world of birdseye ebony as the handle....you'd cut a wrap groove over it!

Nice crisp, clean work sir. I like the deco rings and thinner Hoppe ring--looks more modern.

Thank you very much Martin. Coming from you, one who deals in the highest quality cues, this means a lot to me. I try to keep my work as neat & clean as humanly possible. I feel you should be able to run your fingertips from one end to the other...and feel nothing but absolute smoothness. The thin Hoppe ring style is my personal fav...thicker ones look odd to me & you won't see them on any of my upcoming cues. And as always...playability is my #1 concern...everything else takes a backseat. Hopefully one day, with some more hard work...maybe my cues will be slick enough that you can have a couple offerings on your site.

Thank all you gentlemen for the kind words, I appreciate it.

Nice finish

I like the looks of the finish on the cue and the smaller hoppe ring, keeps with the hustler look. Is that your blank or a conversion? Keep up the good work.

Matt...that particular blank is one I purchased from another cuemaker. I don't build my own fullsplice blanks just yet....but look to in the near future. Its just so tough to invest everything including the time to make my own when blanks like those offered by Bear are such a great value for the superbly high quality. Thank you my friend for the nice comments!

Kevin, I LOVE the cue!!!! It looks fantastic, and it is a BEAST!! This cue plays incredible! Well worth the wait. You have a great eye for blending wood, and the finished product speaks for itself! Kevin, it was beyond a pleasure to have you build my cue. The length is perfect, as is the weight and balance point. You are a true artist, and your cues are stricking, as well as dangerous weapons! WOW! I am completely satisfied, and you are a rockstar!! Best regards to you and the family.
