Video Tour of Ultimate Ten Ball Tourney Room

thanks for sharing!!! You know I'm into that kind of stuff:)

I hope you enjoyed yourself there.. maybe you can write a good story on your experience there... either on your blog or here.

I look forward to your match being uploaded so I can watch in it's entirety !

That was with Sunny, right? I think it would be very cool to have you share what you were thinking/feeling, starting as you headed over to the table, tell us a story about your match, then tell us what you were thinking afterwards.

I love getting a person's perspective of what they felt/thought before, during and after a match, then sit down and watch it. :)

Thanks, Cali!

I always write about my tourneys in my blog, so it will come soon. ;)

I wish my match was on ustream, but I can't find it anywhere. I'm pretty bummed and hope it's just a technical thing or I'm not looking in the right spot.

I think you are asking maybe of a play by play? If I knew how to do that and record it over my match, I wouldn't mind trying. Although I'm not really one to learn from, but I suppose my thoughts could be interesting, lol.

GREAT Job Melinda!! Thanks for taking the time do it. What a great atmosphere to play in, QUIET & RESPECTFUL!! The players must have been very impressed with the setup of this event, it looks like the classiest I've seen in a long time!! I have often thought that pool tournaments need to be run more like the big 3 cushion events are with strict dress codes and an equally strict code of conduct! The conduct should apply to the fans as well!

Thank you for taking the time out to bring us all this great video. It all looks first class as are you. Johnnyt

Very cool, thank you for sharing. As pooln8r said, you don't really get to see what the room is like on the stream.

From the video it seems like the tournament would be better as a closed event, and then just have the semi-final and finals events open to audiences.

Limited seating and standing areas, I am glad I did not attend.

Great vid, don't rush the camera, take the time to get focus on your camera angles and then move on.

hehe... no, not a play by play... but a nice sized story about that match.

lead us up to the match... tell us what was going on when you got there... things/instances/shots, conversations you might have remembered about the match.

I like to read, and it's always real cool to watch something, when you are armed with a personal recollection of the event from one of the participants before hand.

Watching the stream did not really give much info on what the place was like. Thanks for the tour, Trigger.

Thanks for the tips.

BTW, they added many more chairs later that day - I shot this after only the first or second round, so they accommodated people pretty quickly after that.

And, there was no cover fee to watch in person!

They removed 13 of the 24 tables for the last day and added bleacher seating. :)

Yea, I do this for all my tourneys. :) I will be writing up my matches for this event hopefully this week.

Very cool inside look. You don't get to see that perspective on a stream.

Thanks! I did this also for the BCAPL State Tourney in early April and thought it was a cool idea. I need to pause more with the camera, tho, as someone suggested. I esp liked the tour of this particular because I could point out pros. I may do this in Vegas in May, too, but since everyone has already been there, not sure it would be interesting.

thankyou Melinda, I saw myself over on the second streamed table refin Johnathan Pineger and Jeremy Jones. Badi set up a great event , really awesome to see in person all my billiard heros, they kept me on the streamed tables for 15 of the 19 matches.
