I've been told there are certain vitamins that promote these two things. It might sound silly..but I'll take any edge I can get. I've done some googleing but I can't figure out just which one's to take. Anyone out there know?

THC has mild to moderate analgesic effects, and medical cannabis can be used to treat pain. The mechanism for analgesic effects caused directly by THC or other cannabinoid agonists is not fully understood. Other effects include relaxation; euphoria; altered space-time perception; alteration of visual, auditory, and olfactory senses; anxiety; disorientation; fatigue; and appetite stimulation (colloquially known as "the munchies"). The mechanism for appetite stimulation in subjects is believed to result from activity in the gastro-hypothalamic axis. CB1 activity in the hunger centers in the hypothalamus increases the palatability of food when levels of a hunger hormone ghrelin increase as food enters the stomach. After chyme is passed into the duodenum, signaling hormones such as cholecystokinin and leptin are released, causing reduction in gastric emptying and transmission of satiety signals to the hypothalamus. Cannabinoid activity is reduced through the satiety signals induced by leptin release. It also has anti-emetic properties, and also may reduce aggression in certain subjects.

THC has an active metabolite, 11-Hydroxy-THC, which may also play a role in the analgesic and recreational effects of cannabis. :groucho:

Great sex life, like it or not. :D Why are my pant's down?

Rohypnol is best known as a date rape drug, though it has gained popularity as a recreational drug. Colorless and odorless, it has been linked to numerous incidents of sexual assault because it is a fast-acting sleeping pill that can be slipped into a drink and leave the victim with little or no memory of the incident. The drug has been changed to leave telltale blue floating particles when mixed with liquids.

Oh, well why didn't you say so in the first place? Just go to GNC and ask them to hook you up.

One common herbal used for enhancing focus and concentration is Ginkgo Biloba:

There are of course others, but this one seems to be the one most folks concentrate on.

I personally take Gingkgo, and have found the effect to be quite subtle. Don't expect it to be a jolt of caffeine, but you might find (as I did) that it tends to calm the mind down, and you can go longer hours doing "heavy thinking" without the "crash" at the end of the day.

Hope this is helpful!

This is one of the most phenomenal creations in the world of pharmacy.

SO good in fact, that they stopped making it.

Or on simpler terms, bananas have been known to increase concentration. I try to eat a banana before and during a tournament if I can.

Almonds are also great for helping your mind stay alert. Thought I would try and actually offer something tangible to this thread.

Giving my chick a banana before every match calms me down too.:p

Seriously it does though. Ive done it on league nights.

Oh and the B vitamins are also supposed to help prevent a hangover especially B12. so you can kill two birds with one stone.

Just take two 30 mg Adderall before you play and you can see a Nat wink from 90 ft. I do recomend about a 12 mile jog before hand.

Just get the (XR) extended release formula. No worries with that.
