Perhaps there should be a stickie on AZ (maybe at the top of the Wanted/for Sale section) about unscrupulous people to deal with on here. After all we do have a Good Action list on the Action section.

I had the same thought and precedent in mind (GAL/BAL) instead of the one-reply-only sticky that's on the forum now. Who's going to read 20+ pages of, "I love you, you're super", "Dude, you're super too!" posts looking to find an actual post about bad sellers? Yes, you can search the forums but as the years go by and post counts go up it's harder to find "XXX is a bad seller".

One post, stickied, locked and updated by the moderator of the FS forum. Bad Seller's List.

It is not unreasonable that if you sell something you get paid. And if you buy something, you get the product. If you can't treat your fellow posters with that much decency expect your name on the thread.

Might also be nice for that moderator to post:

Screen Name, Actual Name, Contact info, pictures (if any) until the previous offense is resolved.

It took over three years for Brian and Thomsen to get their money back! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Maybe this guy (Scruggsinhand) had three years of bad karma before it finally got to him. I sure hope so.

By the way, if anyone has it, I would like his personal information (name etc.) in case I should run into him (PM please). I would have no problem outing him anywhere, anytime. Somewhere on the thread I read about him being in the Los Angeles area. I did see his photo on the thread, thanks for that.

After all we do have a Good Action list on the Action section. Personally I've bought and sold dozens of cues on here and not had a serious problem yet. There have been a few minor issues with damaged goods but they were taken care of. I've also shipped out nearly 2,000 books with only two complaints. One was a damaged book and one said the book never came, although I did get a Delivery Confirmation. Both parties received refunds from me.

This would be a good addition to the wanted for sale section.

Making a person wait years for payment only says one thing. He is a terrible buyer/seller.......

I learned this lesson the hard way almost 20 years ago with a diamond dial for a Rolex President.

The guy had 100% positive feedback on eBay and he talked me into sending it to him to look at.

Turned out he was an attorney who was Deputized in his county, so you couldn't even get him served.

I found out a few years later that Karma caught up with him..........

And to be clear, I started this thread and my name is Brian, however, Don (sureman) is referring to az'er scruggsinhand, who also happens to be named Brian.

I prefer not to be confused with the person who Don feels deserves a 2nd chance.

thanks.
