The manager dong the hiring looks at both of 'em and tells 'em they have the same qualifications and he don't know which one to hire...

he scratches his head for a minute and tells 'em both to write a poem...but just not any poem...it has to end in Tenbuktu.....

he handed 'em a sheet of paper and a pen and the city boy takes off writing perty quick....the ole country boy really dont know where to start...he keeps thinking jus a little more....and finally, he starts writing too..

they both are writin as fast as they can but the city boy gets done first...he sits up in his chair feelin perty good about his self...

the country boy is still writing...he finally gets done too...but don't look to confident.

The manager looks at 'em and ask he wants to go first...the city boy says, "I'll go first!" and then he started....

he was feeling real good about himself right then and so was the manager...how he come up with that so fast right there on the spot...and they looked to the country boy to start and he did...he said, well...
