For those on Linux, you could try the p2p streaming client here:
www.sopcast.org. You could launch the client using the command
line (there are instructions along with the package), then play
the feed using any stream capture programs you have (realplay,
mplayer.. etc). You could also use the GUI client here:
http://linuxtoy.org/archives/gtk_sopcast.html , so you could
conveniently browse the channels.
The site also had an mswindows client, though I'm not sure how it
works.
Watching De Luna (PHI) and Uzzell (ENG) right now. Almost perfect.
