West Coast Challenge Finals - loved it on POV

Dennis was playing so good before he headed North that I told him he could three-peat, as long as no one got lucky on him. I knew that no one could outplay him. And guess what happened!

His cue ball control and shotmaking was absolutely mind boggling.

He would have even played better if he hadn't been weary from playing non-stop one pocket, which overlapped with the 10 ball. In fact, they had to delay the one pocket so he could play a 10 ball match because it was holding up the tournament from playing loser side matches.

I noticed that Dennis' game has improved significantly compared to previous years. I guess he has sorted out whatever problems he had and is now playing great. His breaking ability has improved too. He will be tough to beat in future tournaments, including the world championship in Qatar. Has anyone else noticed this improvement too?

Between tournament play he'll also get into action too. He played T-rex a game of 9b banks, a 1p game, then a race to 5. Won 5-1 I believe.

Trex wanted to play another set for 5K. I'm not sure if that went down or not.

I'd like to see Dennis or Alex play a long race 1p match vs Trex or Scott. Busty is still goid, but its it's pretty easy to see he is off him prime

Dennis O. Love him or hate him, he is the one to beat now in any tournament or format. Johnnyt

2016 Post

Jay, where's his game at today, compared to your 2016 observation? He seemed fine at the US Open, maybe a little ''played out'' tired. I Know, the youngsters are getting better, Ruiz/Kaci/Thorpe. He had just played in the 14.1 event, and that takes it outta ya.

Doesn't fell like any of those 3 could get staked even against DO in rotation.

What surprised me the most....was that he even went/played the week prior to the Open. What was he thinking. He coulda won 40k......OR is his game a little off? If he's playing like 2016 still....then ''Katie barr the door''.

He appears to be punching the clock, making money at majors, not winning em anymore, but in the mix all the time, like RA looking for action.
