As we are all human (that can be another debate) I"m sure we all have little things that bug us in the forums, just like in the real world.

I have put together a few things that have bothered me, or I think would irritate some of the masses.

Feel free to participate, unless this poll itself irritates you:grin:

And remember, just because something annoys someone, doesn't mean that they aren't loved. Hell, my wife does many things to annoy me, I still love her to death.

I get pi$$ed off when someone asks for the value of a cue, then some stupid nit gets on, tells him its worth $1500, when it is really worth maybe half that.

Then I try to buy it from the guy at the real value and he now wants $1500. The "expert" who said it was worth $1500 has no interest in the cue, the guy will never sell it because he thinks everyone is trying to screw him.

IF SOMEONE ASKS WHAT A CUE IS WORTH, DONT TELL HIM SOME OUTRAGEOUS NUMBER UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO BUY IT AT THAT NUMBER. :rolleyes:

People on here that criticize anyone that doesn't think the way they do. Or if you just state your opininion or view on things and they come out and say your wrong or whatever just because you may think diferent then them. Even if it doesn't comcern them in the least they still say you are wrong :mad:,, It gets rediculous on here sometimes. <<<ED
 
BIG SIGS: There is one in particular that has a photo that I have to scroll over to view it all, that is totally unnecessary.

Useless threads: There is one poster that comes to mind that has to post atleast 100 threads a day about the WPBA and other threads that just repeat the last useless one they posted.

Threads that call someone out and then they wont bet it.

There are more but I'll leave it at those few for now.

Hey bud, you can disable sigs, avatars, email notifications and a bunch of other stuff by clicking on USER CP and then going into EDIT OPTIONS, makes things easier if any of the stuff bothers you. :smile:

I hate ignoring a thread because I don't think it would interest me. But then the thread starts to grow until it has about 10 pages so I give in and read it for the next 30 minutes only to find out I was correct in the first place,.....it didn't interest me.:shakehead:

I wouldn't say these things bother me very much but I do fine them interesting......

1. The answer to the country/world's economic problem is sitting right here on this forum. It seems that a lot of people know exactly what to do to bring America out of a recession and the US Government has their heads up their asses. There are experts around the world working on the various economic problems yet some guy sitting in his underwear in Idaho knows the answer.

2. Same goes for football. The leading experts of the NFL are sitting on various message boards around the country. The owners/coaches know nothing yet a guy working at a gas station for 4.50 an hour knows enough about the inner workings of an NFL franchise that he could take any team to the SuperBowl. If I were that sure of myself I'd put in an application somewhere.

3. Pool. Does anyone ever miss a ball? I've read so much horseshit on this forum I could fertilize Australia.

Funny pic. thread has nothing to do with pool but it had over 5000 replies. One of the
best threads ever. I had tears in my eyes reading some of the posts.
 
Wow, that was weird, I was previewing the poll trying to get all the questions under 100 characters and by the time I submitted it, there was already a bunch of replies. That has to be some kind of bug. It shouldn't be available until you hit submit.

I hate the anonymity. People hide behind a keyboard typing things and noone knows who they are. I think everyone should have to use their real names. Also people who have multiple screen names.
