Ouch! Be careful. I got a set of new knives at Christmas, and it put cuts all over my hands. They were so sharp.
Best thing to do for sleeping is cherry juice. I swear, it is a lot better thant OTC, prescription, or under-the-counter meds.
There is a high quantity of melatonin in Montmorency tart cherries. You can get this cherry juice at Whole Foods, Amazon, just about anywhere. It really helps you stay asleep and fall asleep naturally. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I get Michelle's Miracle Sleep Forumla concentrate and add it to sparkling water at night. It's delicious, not too sweet. It's refreshing.

Speaking of cherries, today is the first day of the Cherry Blossom Festival in your Nation's Capital.
It is also the first day of spring! Me and mine are going downtown to the Tidal Basin this weekend and take some pictures. This is a glorious time of year to live in D.C. :smile:

Thing is, males are more apt to talk about pool on forums, so this is not really representative unless you have a previous poll from say 5 years ago. for comparison's sake.
I think females still join forums like johnnydeppisahunk.com or waystocleanthekitchen.org
For sure, I believe women are more active on social media sites.
Also, when voting online or via cell phone for things like American Idol, it is usually the young men who get the lion's share of the votes, because the majority of voting peeps are female.
Seriously, though, 210 -10 is not representative of any league pool demographic I know. Just to make my point

I believe that 210:10 male-to-female ratio is not representative of most social media outlets, which is really strange. I think more females post online than male, but not on AzBilliards.

The purpose of the poll was to ascertain how many ladies read this forum. Since the number of females playing pool has grown over the past few decades, I wanted to see if it was reflective of the readership of this forum.
Sounds like you could use a little cherry juice, judging by the tone of your post. I hope I helped you out. Tomorrow is another day. Hope yours is better than it is today. Sleep is a wonderful thing.
