when rabbit asked me to make this cue,
using GREEN veneers,(he's a green freak) with cocobolo,
i honestly thought the green just wouldnt look right,
but there was no talking him out of it

I think the colors are fine, and the craftsmanship looks outstanding.

perhaps it's my failure to be able to make the six ball that makes me not like green

i am EXTREMELYYYYYYYYYYY colorblind

that's why my mom still dresses me before i go to school
god only knows how many times i went to school with two different color socks on
figured out how to solve that problem
i have a dozen pair of white sox and only one pair of black for funerals & weddings:D :D :D

The cue looks fine. I think that the b-ly designs, allow more color mixing than a traditional pointed cue. I think that is because of the stretch of the wing, where the colors get to elongate and flow, that allows this phenomona to occur. You could have colors that are hard to see in a 4 point, but in the b-fly once they spread it looks very nice.

JV (---it sounds good anyways...

Hey Brent! It was great to finally meet you! I do want to build one of those butterfly cues.Maybe this coming week as I dont think I have any schedule conflicks with the kids and such.....perfect time actually as its a couple weeks before our baseball pratices start. I gotta do a blue and black one. That one was too kool.

I think it looks pretty cool. Especially for someone that likes green he is really going to love the cue. The butterflies really set off the entire cue though. Great craftsmanship. Very nice work.
