What is going on with ACCU-STATS ????

I'm only guessing Pat is extremely busy and may not be on top of emails. Again, just guessing here. Have you given him a call?
 
Never had a problem with Accu Stats, dealt with them recently they were top drawer.
Have u checked the email address u have for them?
really never ever had any issues with them ever
 
I don't know. I've always had exceptional service from Accu-stats?? I've not purchased anything in several months but prior to that I've been extremely satisfied.
 
They've always been very helpful and friendly in the past, and my orders arrived on time.
But I haven't ordered in a while. I get emails from them all the time about specials and sales.
Give them another chance. Maybe you caught them during a busy time or something.

They have always been A-1 with me.

I would guess there was just an uncharacteristic glitch in their system which will be remedied soon.

I have over 250 Accu-Stats tapes and dvd's , over 17 years Pat has been the best to me.A1 service
 
I tried to order some dvds twice in the last few weeks and both times when i went to checkout, it woldnt come up. I mailed them and never got a reply, i am going to gall them next week.
 
They used to be much more professional in the past????!!!
I have sent them many emails,and they answer just from time to time with nonsense questions but they did nothing regards to my order.I am theirs customers for about 15years and hate to say that but lately I am very disappointed with their customer service and the way how they treat their customers.
Before,I used to get even news about their products and actions as well.They used to answer very promptly on all my asks and questions.I bought from them about 300tapes and 100DVDs so far but I will consider about ordering from them any more in the future.
I am more happy how they treat me Fast Lenny and some others that have dvds for sale occasionally.

Accu-Stats let me know via the PM here on the forum !!!

The forum sends me an e-mail right away and I check my mail most everyday,

as long as I am upright and connected. :)

I'll call Jim Fredricks, who does most if not all of the work in the office without any bad

feedback in return.

Again sir sorry for your problem, this is a very rare to hear.

I'll call Jim right away to see if there is some logic to this delay.

Thanks for help.I appreciate that very much and will let you know about order if I don't get any answer from them soon.I hope there were some logical explanation because as I told already I am huge fun of pool matches and even used to collect them.I would stil do if I would have enough place for them and for some other of my pool stuffs.So,I still would like to order something from time to time.However,that will help in the future as well so I'll be able to buy again whatever I what and how much I want.I am one of those who will stays in pool as long as they are alive.

We know you have been a customer of ours since 1998 and appreciate your two orders totalling 23 items.

My best guess at this point is that your original email got lost in the spam shuffle. As we had posted on the website, in the store, and on our phone message, Pat and the crew were out of the office most of the month of August producing both the Southern Classic in Tunica and then followed up by the Accu-Stats "Make It Happen" Straight Pool Invitational. The office was closed during that time and NO orders were processed. Thousands of emails came in during that time and it is possible that your's was deleted in the spam.

I do see that Pat has responded to your email. It is our practice to ALWAYS verify mailing addresses especially when we haven't had contact with the customer since June of 2010. This is especially relevant when the order must be shipped overseas.

I know you received that email because of your response:

Yes I can pay by paypal.Thank you very much for respons.I am a huge fun of your products and appreciate Pet's work very much.Because of my collection there are a lot of players over here who had the oportunity to see some plenty of great matches from overseas.Thanks so much.
