What is TAR?

Hey, Chad and Justin, maybe you guys should add an "About Us" section to your site if you have time. Even though it's somewhat self-explanatory, it might be cool to have your "mission", how you came about as a business, etc. Just an idea. :cool:
 
TAR stands for The Action Report. It is a web site started by myself and another AZ member Chad "Big Nasty" Pollman to cover the parts of the game we like. It has grown and morphed into promoting and streaming challenge matches and tournaments.

We have a an archive of interviews with players and cuemakers people can watch for free as well as DVD's of our matches that they can purchase.

TAR are these 2 REALLY BIG guys that totally scary......til you go up and chat with them, and then you realize they are a bunch of good dudes that love the game as much as you do!:grin:

For a long time I thought I was a pool degenerate and spent too much time playing, working in the pool rooms, practicing, thinking about the game, trying to get better.....then you meet quality guys like TAR, and they are just like me!....but I'm only 5'6" 160......:thumbup:
 
TAR is the greatest thing since sliced bread. Its run by two rather large teddy bear shaped gentlemen who, when standing in close proximity to one another, have a serious impact on the Earth's gravitational pull.

Not what TAR is...but what TAR does!

Promote Action, Action, Action...for the masses. We have all stayed up without sleep just to watch all night action, and boy is it worth every second! Unfortunately it is not comfortable and the food sucks!

It reminds me of certain commercials:

Flight, Hotel, Entry Fees, Food and Drink to watch the DCC in person = $1,500.00+

PPV to access live Action from the DCC via TAR = $20.00

DVD?s for sale just in case we CRS (Can?t Remember Sheaht) = Priceless
