Unfortunately there's not a lot that can be done with it after the fact.

i disagree..........some 80 grit sandpaper and a bottle of ca will fix it right up!

One more question. I tried to make my pic smaller, but can't figure out how to resize it. It is saved in "my pics" on the computer, but it wont let me resize it for the internet. I dont wont to change the camera set up. There has to be a way to resize it.![]()

Try sanding it with 220 grit while spinning on the lathe and blow it with very high pressure air while sanding it. Then seal it with super glue to fill up the pores. If that won't get it out replace the ferrule.
