Forgive me if this has been repeated elsewhere.......

You are selling a cue, someone contacts you, and after negotiating the price and payment terms, buyer agrees to purchase. You mark your cue SPF, and field a few other offers, but tell them cue sold. 3+ days go by, and no payment made or response to pm's, although buyer is active on forum during message times. Now, cue was not shipped, so seller is out nothing except lost time on the other offers. What would you do?

I would say this has happened 10 times to us since we have been members here. Start a new thread for the cue and look for a new buyer as the others that were interested in the cue may think it has sold.

I would say negative iTrader because he might have caused you to sell the cue for less than you could have got (lost possible buyers) + bad communication on a deal agreed on.

Then I would have started a new thread offering it for sale again.

As you say, "sweep the leg" :D

Bottom line - it cost you zero dinero to find out the guy is a tool......relist the item and put him on your bad business list....

Well, almost halfway through the duration of this poll, and the large majority of you AZBers are a very forgiving bunch, and that is very cool!
