Let us rock guys.

It seems lots of fans still love old single layered tips.
So I'll start a new poll including more options.

Please use the other poll instead!

Thanks a lot guys!

I voted other. There have only been two tips I've tried that I've really loved, Wizard mediums and Tiger Onyx. I voted other because I hate Tiger Everest which is their most common tip.

I've been playing with SuperPro Tips for 5 yrs now and play all games,
including Snooker, with them on all of my Cues. They're cheap and
hold their shape, once groomed. You'll be pleasantly surprised

I have all but given up on the high dollar laminated cue tips. All though I have one shaft that has a Kamui black medium on it. It has never failed me, but I don't like the feel of it. Most of my cues have Otello Water Buffalo Medium tips on them. But they are a little hard. The best tip I have found is the Water Buffalo Pro Medium from Cue Components. It has a pleasant sound and firm hit. Much better than a Triangle.

I started with a Kamui soft, had a Moori soft. Now I play with an Elkmaster and love it.

I have a Triangle on back up cue and love that tip as well.

A good broken in triangle is my favorite and I've tried many. G2 hard plays very well also and I miscue with it less than the triangle. I also get better/easier action with the G2 but it's less solid feeling to me so it gets 2nd place.

Im playing a kamui clear black soft right now. I dig it, does what I need it to. Feels good, sounds good and holds its shape.

imo add bigger poll or else you will see 50% of people choosing other, there are so many more tips.

add

lepro
master
Zan
g2
triangle
talisman
sniper

Tip off

Other.

I went through the Moori thing, started getting bad ones (might have been fakes), went back to NOS non-layered TAD tips, (water buffalo with pad) and /or Triangles, pressed.

Break cue is a Triangle tip, pressed in a vice before installing.. hard with control.

The best ever, imho.....
