What kind of cue is this?

My father willed me this cue when he passed away. I know it is probably from the 70's. It is straight as an arrow. There are no identifying stamps, or signatures, or initials. From the bottom rubber bumper to the very tip it is 59 1/2 inches. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Looks like a bushka, but I think experienced members will chime in. You might have hit the jackpot there.

Not a Bushka....

You need better pix...take the cue outdise into a bright shade (not direct sun) and lay it on a towel. Take your pix there...they will be much sharper. Also, remove the rubber bumper and take pix of the inside of the butt sleeve, and one with more detail of the joint.

If you want a good ID, you have to give something to work with.

Joe

Here are a couple of better pics

Can't get the bottom bumper off.

Great looking cue! Good luck with the info search lots of great people on here that I'm sure can help you. If your fathers passing was recent sorry about your loss, take care!

Nice cue. Looks like the butt cap may have been replaced, perhaps the reason for absence of an identifying logo.

Definitely a nice cue. I love old schoolers with character.

Under the bumper is where the truth may be hiding.

I'd have Mr. Klapp refinish it and play with that sucker if it were mine.

Is the screw stuck? Or does that unscrew and the bumper is stuck?

They may have replaced the buttcap with an Adams buttcap and glued the bumper in place due to the non-matching weight bolt.

Just a theory. Looks like it plays well.

Pm me if you want to sell it cheap.

Yeah, the screw is stuck and I don't want to force it. I will definitely consider offers; but I would really like to identify it before a make a final sale. I e-mailed Scruggs to see if he made it, beings he is local.

Very bottom

I can see the screw, but I'm not skilled enough to get it, and I don't want to mess this beauty up.

Got the bottom bumper off, no identifying marks or signatures. I definitely think the bumper may have been replaced. Still looking for opinions and suggestions.

you need to add the photo showing the weight bolt. The ringwork looks very similair to my Phillippi.
