What single shot have you practiced the most?

Thanks for the replies everyone :)

Long stop and draw shots are what I shoot the most. Tried to do them about 7 hours straight once... damn that was painful.

Straight in long shot. I practiced it until I realized that practicing it more wasn't doing a damn bit of good.

The break I finish every practice with 15 consecutive break shots..

If you are only going to practice one shot then you might as well practice the only one guaranteed to come up ever single rack.

I was talking to Mike Sigel once and he said that when he was young, there was a period in which all he practiced was the break shot and kicks because they were so critical in nine ball.

long straight in diagonal

( cue ball near corner OB ball near center table or a little farther)

On the rail

I had 1 , but now I got a 2nd i'm gunna add.

The one I Iike is CB & OB against the long-rail(frozen), and there are 4 diamonds of seperation. Both balls are 1 1/2 D's away from each corner pocket.

I know how to get past that side pocket and sink the OB, I just don't practice it enuff. :p

Before 8-ball league nights, I practice full length banks and kicks for about 10 minutes. It is very common for other players to leave you one of those shots thinking they are safe. Being comfortable with those shots makes a big difference in winning games and sets.
