what wood would you put with hickory burl?

Hey, getting a few pieces do to a segmented handle cue later this year...

I'm tired of seeing the same old ebony and blackwood with it.

Suggestions?

I'm considering redder woods

Padauk
Bloodwood
Reddish purple heart



Any other suggestions I may not have thought about?
