What would you do? cue deal gone wrong

I have been watching this thread since this morning when I saw it and I actually dropped him a message about him setting it straight with ukpooladdict. I was actually hesitant in leaving him a positive itrader but in the same token, as far as our deal is concerned, he has been a straight up guy. I am the seller here and all I can comment on is the manner he paid me.

Well, you did what you had to do. He paid you quickly.

As long as ukpooladdict gave him a negative iTrader and explaining what went wrong (so far), people are now atleast warned when dealing with him, and now they know that there are a risk that he might not fulfill his part of the deal.

I sent ukpooladdict a Pm explaining this also. No different than guys that

already tarnished their reputation here in AZ, personally, I will not touch

whatever their selling with a 10 ft pole, but I will not discourage them to

buy anything that our fellow AZer's are selling since they send payment

first. I hope he sets it straight with ukpooladdict.

He was on today about an hour ago. He left ITrader for Ric.
I guess he chooses to offer no comments here.:(
It does take 2 reds to cancel a green. I do hope you guys are moving the radio button to "I disapprove".
Checking his past postings I wonder why he has any green to begin with.
He seems to think his chit don't stink.
We seem to be smelling it now.:angry:
 
i just hit him with red also and it turned him. also reminded him that stealing makes him a scumbag.

wow that's all I can say, most of the people on here are decent and alot are really nice people with big hearts. Chris thanks alot for offering this extremely generous offer. Almostgood now has no excuse to send the cue through generosity of Chris.
 
I want to thank everyone who has given support and advice on here, I was hesitant to put a thread up about this as I am a reasonable person who understands problems can occur. Almostgood please just end this saga and send the cue to Chris if you do you also need to pay Chris the $50 I paid you for shipping. Tbh I doubt he'll be back on tonight to see this and send the cue as he usually comes on once a night (and usually ignores my messages lol)

lol just found this thread....The cue will be shipped out friday at the latest, I had some issues my bad. Anyways Tate Ill give you a call if youre serious, Ive been in contact with UK almost every day and explained the situation. Im sorry its gone like this and obviously wouldn't want anything to tarnish my reputation here(too late for that apparently) but the cue is going to arrive to UK that is not an issue.

From what I've gathered, "the situation" was that you're very broke and unemployed. If that is the case, why are you buying pool items from other people? If you can buy cues from someone else, you can pay for the shipping (that the buyer had already paid for). Personally, if I'm broke and don't have a job, I would be spending my money on food and bills, not cues. You're either lying through your teeth or your priorities are seriously out of whack.

Sorry I do not see what is so funny about the whole thing. This man payed you for the cue and for shipping. Period. This is not a laughing matter. You could at least reply to the guy when he p.m's you. You might get away with handling business like this on the internet... but in the real world when someone pays you $285 and you do not give him the merchandise.... Things are handled differently. I am making an assumption you are a young kid and just giving you a heads up.

Either way send the man the cue or the money with out any excuses. Guys like Tate are one in a million in this world...Not many people will bail you out like that... You should be real thankfull he is helping you out the way he is. Plus you should refund the shipping or send it to Tate since you will not be paying for shipping. It's the right thing to do
