I always liked the name: Come On In to Our Place, Drink Some Brew, Shoot Some Pool, Bullsh*t With Your Buddies, Eyeball Some Young Chicks, Relax and Get Away From the Old Lady For a Few Hours Bar & Grill.

Problem is, the sign would cost a small fortune !!!

Many of the famous North American rooms are simply family names....
..Bensinger's, Cochran's, McGirr's, Kling and Allen's.......

..so, for something unique....how about 'PANGIT'S'.....

whether the name acquires respect or derision is how you run it

I'd first want to know what type of customer I'm after, and of course the local work force and in general the ''culture'' in your immediate area would influence my decision. If there are successful small bars that aren't pool rooms, what names to they use that seem to fit in, in your area?
You might PM Jay Helfert, as he's over there allot, and has a daughter there, and he knocks em around at many local small rooms.
