You are absolutely right in expecting the DVDs that you ordered in a more timely manner.
Usually we deliver DVDs from a tournament that we just taped in about 8 weeks.

Sadly, for a number of reasons that were beyond my control, the DVDs were delayed way more than expected. It will still be two weeks before you receive your order, but included in your order will be a $20 refund. Please accept my apologies.

This is worth having a second read and a few more positive accolades sent it's way.
THIS is why Mr. Fleming has set a standard throughout the pool world and it should be echoed by all who want to do business (no matter what area of business).

Accu-Stats had always impressed me since I stumbled across them back in 2006 (I was a little late to the show)...there are only so many really great customer service companies in the world and we should be very grateful to have one in the pool lexicon.

I remember one tournament a few years back (it might have been a big foot day from Derby or an early round of a US Open), where the day was off in terms of streaming quality, lots of dropped connections and partial matches (possibly because of internet access at the hotel)....long story short, Pat Fleming stepped in and reimbursed every streamer (no matter if you could watch or not watch) that day's fee in total. And the rest of the day was free to watch so everyone could get on board and corrected.

This right here is just another example of Pat being Pat. This is the reason I pull for the guy no matter what the situation. He has lost money on certain outings (make it happen event(s)) in order to bring is pool fans just a little more during years where the entertainment and action was running thin. But he still keeps on being rock solid, admitting the errors, correcting them, and forging ahead.

Thanks for all that you do, Mr. Fleming -- please don't ever stop.

Ive been doing business with Pat for close to 30 years and he has been terrific in supporting professional pool and my habit to be able to follow it. Pat loves the game and takes great care of his customers.
There are not enough good things you can say about this guy.

I got plenty of money….not a issue.

Bottom line, he's old, he's too happy to be sad, and his integrity is and will always be in tact, tach, tack or the nautical term. He tho is E. coast,,,,,,, so....don't let em slide there's allot of Wind on the Atlantic side.
