On their site they are asking for anyone that has sent a cue for repair and not gotten it back to contact them.
They say that the contact info they have is out of date or just plain wrong.
It shows some effort on their part.

I lived through a couple Meucci repair horror stories and promised myself to never do biz with them again.
At SBE in March I had the pleasure of meeting Meucci's new owner and I had a very candid conversation with him about the company's past transgressions. He seemed genuinely interested and said he was committed to doing a much better job. Time will tell but I left feeling very encouraged that he might follow through on this.
Still don't think I will have any reason myself to do any further biz with them since I only like the originals but for those who will use them I'm betting everything will be much improved. Certainly couldn't get worse.

So who bought Meucci? One thread from a year ago I believe said it was the factory formeman? Another thread I believe said it was investors? Does anyone know for fact?
I was told by a very reliable source that it was two investors from Texas. She is sponsored by them, so she knows.
