What's your shot?

Thin light hit on right side of the five with inside english, try and duck under the nine leaving the five on the middle of the long rail, maybe kicking the seven into the way, too...

Hit 5 off 7 hard enough to leave it on side rail (bottom of WEI) cb either on end rail or side rail, depending on speed necessary for 5b leave.

But you prob whacked it in the face w/ L) spin and banked 5 into the side, didn't you?! I think you had one eye closed too.

I was thinking of suggesting some safeties, but my brain stopped me from writing them. It feels like in this situation, if you can make the five, then go for it. Its too easy to play a bad safety here. Hit it gently so the 7 doesn't come off of the rail too much.

The 5 is also bankable; the angle is shallow allowing you to get better CB position on the 7.

oh, i try that shizt out all the time playing 1p.

i wouldn't do it for that layout though, unless the 9b was barely out of the hole,

simpler is better hit right side with right side spin on horizontal ceter ball and go 2 rails back across past the five for the side pocket shot on the 5

I doubt anybody knows what you are talking about sounds like you mean shoot the 4 rail first if that is right neil shares shelves so deep on the table you can't hit the point of the pocket and still hit the 4 ball so not sure why you cant dignify us with a period or a comma or 2 or read the question
 
Rail first with a little bit of right. Hit it with a firm stroke to get the cue to go 3 or 4 rails for either a straight shot on the 5 in the side or a bank. Thats probably the shot I sould try for :thumbup2:

Well than hit it with bottom left hard and firm. Hopefully you catch the side rail after teh hit to get the rock down table. You could have a bank in the side... or you could have a great angle to stun the 5 and kiss the cue to the 7 ball. Loads could happen here. You could even cross bank the 5 onto the back rail if you get left up table.

Loads of possibilties.
 
I'm having a difficult time envisioning a shot from that angle where you can't use the point to sink the object ball.

I don't believe in drills much but a good drill is putting a ball in the jaws of a corner pocket or near the pocket and moving the cue ball to various points on the table.
