Where Do You Carry Your Cash?

Don't worry I'm not looking to rip you off or put the bite on you. I'm wondering where you guys carry your money? Do you have it in your pocket like a gambler or do you keep it in your wallet like a citizen?

I myself, carry a New York Bankroll (smaller bills on the outside increasing order on the inside) in my left front pocket (I'm right handed).

I'm not the flashy type.

Front left pocket, small bills on outside all the way up to a five. J/K! Bills wrapped around credit card, license, a couple biz cards and health insurance card. Keeping a wallet in the back pocket seems like you're just asking to get picked. Unless of course it's chained to your belt or pants, in which case... oh nevermind. :eek:
 
Most of my cash comes in the pool room in other people's pockets and leaves in my left front pocket with a big fat rubberband holding it together.

I'm from NY and carry my BR the same way. Mostly because when I was paperboy I was tought to keep the big bills on the inside so when you are getting change if a bill slips out it will be a small one not a big one.

in da bank? I only use cash for illegal gambling and drugs :cool:

if I do have a cash on me its in the right front pocket Big bills on the outside BOSTON STYLE

In Michigan, that's a Michigan Roll. I'm in California now and a California Roll is another thing altogether.

I never carry anything important in a wallet, in fact I've ditched the hip wallet for a Daytimer which I seldom carry. I carry my smaller wad as you described with my drivers licence and any other ID's, plastic etc inside with a big broccoli rubber band around it in my front RH pocket. If I'm in action or have a reason to be carrying more than 5-6 hundred around the bulk of it's in my LH front pocket where I don't have to flash it when paying a check or making small purchases. There may or may not be a pistol in there with it, depending upon the circumstances. I believe in a strong defensive game!

That's strong. My dad used a rubberband and actually carried it in a roll. You could fan the edges and count your roll in a second. I go flat (as flat as the zillions I carry will go anyway) with a Mexican Sterling money clip.

That's a double roll. I've known guys to go to triples or even the four timer. My wallet goes in my cue case.

Left front, rubberband, stripper coupons on the outside (that is $1 bills for the puritans in the crowd) I.D., credit/debit and business cards in the middle.

If for some reason I have a serious knot on me I will spread it out. I keep a feral guinea pig in the left front cargo short pocket for protection.

I am a NY style because of what Kevin said. When I spend cash money it is normally for smaller items and therefore smaller bills. I try and keep a $ 100 cash on me all the time. But I use my plastic money for any bigger purchases even if I have the cash money. BTW playing in a few small Bar tournaments a week keeps my ready cash supply in balance. But then I only spend cash for very minor things.

Now I used to carry credit cards. But because I never used them, The Bank canceled them. I use debt cards just like credit cards and the only problem is if I would want to rent a car.
 
I keep all my food stamps folded under a dollar bill. I wrap it in tissue paper shaped like a penguin tied off with a ribbon. (San Fran Style)
