Has anyone seen'heard anything about Tramp Steamer ?? He stopped posting last November and said he was taking up Golf......

I'm a little stuck in 1-Pocket and could use some of his sagely advice. :wink:
 
I got a message from him a couple of days ago. He said as soon as the summer is over he will leave the golf course and be back in the pool room playing one pocket.
 
The Tramp hasn't forgot us...took a look in a couple days ago.

Come back when you're ready, Tramp....but come back.
 
I had a similar pm exchange with the Trampster as Allen did.

said he'll return in the fall.

I got a local guy I play with every so often who takes up pool in the fall and golf in the summer. He teaches at a high school I believe.

Is Tramps name Ron by chance?
 
I hope the Tramp rejoins us one day soon. We are a lesser group due to his absence.

I enjoy how Tramp's posts, balance out some of our too uptight, judgemental, "I'm right, you're wrong...deal with it idiot" posts and threads.

If you dont appreciate Trampsteamer's humor...you're wrong...deal with it.:grin-square:

Tramp Steamer is from the 'Show me' state.
Many poolayers play golf in the summer til the sun goes down.

You can always tell if a poolplayer is a good golfer.......
...they tend to compete in a fairway....:cool:
