There are Spanky, TheDiamond, Shorty, Cubswin, Koop and Scorpion. For those I might have left out, I apologize.

For eBay, I really like joerackem. Really responsive and easy to deal with. Some great deals as well.

Koop, the cue arrived today and it looks better than photos. I'll test hit tonight.

Spanky, the cue arrived today it looks beautiful as well.

Jazzy is Snazzy!

I'm adding Jazz to the list of good sellers. Better than described, excellent price, prompt shipping.

He was so damn nice I decided not to stiff him on the cue. I guess I'm going soft in my old age.

Thanks, Jazz!

Chris

Great Sellers/Buyers/Trades

With my limited experience buying, selling & trading with board members, here are my picks:

Steve from AZ & Chris from CA "Tate" worked together for a 3 way trade/sale so Steve can get my zebra skin Justis case I posted a few months back (or Chris may have ended up with the case, I forget :)) . They were awesome, sorry I can't remember Steve's AZ name; Jazz bought a Hunter Classic Cue from me off eBay and was great; I was invlolved with a trade/purchase with Sean @ Cueaddicts while at Derby City in 2003 and all parties were very happy; and IronChef & I just agreed to a case trade that I'm sure will go smoothly-Ricky is a pleasure to work with and great communication thrughout. I would be happy to do business with any one of them again.

In addition, Deno Andrews has been a friend for many years and I would do business with him anytime.

Thanks Dave, it was a pleasure for us too. The case went to Steve, aka "Hunter" and he was very pleased with it, I got a very nice early JW and I was pleased. The Zebra was a little p.o.'d but we are higher in the food chain.

I am especially happy that I was expecting a Scruggs and it turns out to be a Balabushka someone screwed a Scruggs butt cap on. So I tossed in an extra $2 tip. People are really wierd, you know?

I've had lots of good deals with the AZB crew. Just yesterday, I did a deal with Chris Tate (one of several) that went very well. Thanks Chris! Beautiful cue, fast turnaround, and really appreciate your business ethics. We never do any simple deals, but they always seem to be the best ;) !

Kudos to Sean @ Cue Addicts! It was a pleasure dealing with you. Professional service, worked with me on a trade deal, and answered questions and provided service even after the deal was complete.

Thanks to Dave G. (12 Squared)! Beautiful case, and was part of one of those wild deals with Chris. Thanks for your creativity, Dave!

Others I've had great dealings with, not necessarily just on cues, but the whole pool experience, books, parts, etc. (excuse any initial omissions, I'll add anyone I miss later) are: Rick (mtpockets4u), Rich (Max06), Greg (Howardthedick), Jeremy (kbooks3), Gary (Bushwacker), Brent (stix4sale), Ed (Oneballeddie), Noel (NBC), Chad (Shorty), ShaneS, Mad Mat, Sam Engles, Jenn Barretta, Raymund (Monski), Mike Templeton, Rob (ROBG83), ScottR, MarkCobb1972, Dick Abbott (Billiardcue), and Dave (Badabing). Cuemakers are: Bryan Mordt, Nubs Wagner, Richard Black, Joel Hercek, Dennis Searing, Tim Scruggs, Mike Johnson, Bill Mc Daniel, just to name a few. Thanks to all!

Steve,

Thanks for putting up with me!

And you're the best,

Chris

Thanks to you, too.

Thanks to you, Steve. It was really fun and so glad it worked out for all. Hope we can do it again sometime.

I just did a quick deal with Shorty on some sweet joint protectors. Good price, fast turnaround. All around great deal. Thanks, short-man!

I am going to have to add Bamacues to this one. I have to also say Scott aka skins. Although I backed out of the deal he worked with me for a while. Both very nice guys to deal with. I really enjoy my Gilbert but Im kicking myself for not being able to get the Josey.

My first transactions here in azb are very pleasant thanks to r. paul, paulybatz and jazz. Thank you guys. Highly recommended folks to deal with!!

You are also a first class buyer, everyone that I have sold items to have been tremendous here on the boards--Ive been luckier here than on Ebay--you run into some real winners!!!!!!!!!!

Ill send some Kudos to bushwacker (still wanting that cue) and cueaddicts and BCM and Mike Stacey and Andy Gilbert.....

Cuenut

Just a note to say that cuenut (Scott B.) is a class act all the way. I just bought two cues from Scott and was very pleased with the deal and the description/authenticity.

Scott crosses his t's and dots his i's, so when you get something from him its well researched and his descriptions are dead on accurate.

Thanks Scott. I'm very pleased!

Chris

Here's some people that have been a pleasure for me to buy/sell/trade with:

- Jazz
- Mystic Cue Fan
- scorpion
- cuedoctor
- Gatz (not sure if he still frequents the board)

Thanks for the kind words. I just deposited the check in my account. The money I got was just as described, pretty and green!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And the provenance to back it up. Geez. George Washington's picture was even on it. How honest can you get.

NOSAJ03,
it's Tim aka "skins" not Scott. and keep watching the forum as i have another Josey coming in a bit.

Greg Howard

Greg Howard is definitely one of THE GOOD GUYS!!

I bought my first custom cue, a Scruggs, from Greg years ago. And I have bought quite a few other cues from him since.

He is as nice to deal with, and as straight up as they come.

If you want a good experience buying a cue...I suggest that you talk to Greg.

Better luck in the future.

Cain

I haven't read the whole thread, so pardon me if he's been mentioned.

I would add ScottR to the list.

Just bought a cue from him and all went well, smoothly, and quickly.

Peace,
~DC
