I though Miz had a nice stance or any of the guys who stood more upright up on the ball.

I can't relate to such a stance. I like to get right down to the stick level. It is difficult for me to understand how guys shoot with such accuracy when standing upright.

I agree with the posters who say Mika. He just looks so cool over the ball.

I pot the ball better using more of a snooker stance, although I think the more upright stance is much more comfortable for my body, I just can't seem to get that much consistency using the upright stance.

How high someone stands over the cuestick is purely personal preference. It has no bearing on how straight, smooth, and accurate someone's stroke is.

No question about this one

jackpot on az aka Oak Cliff Shorty....Jack Potter

when he was in his teens and 20s he stood up to the ball in
the most beautiful stance, i ever saw
We call it braced in golf,or at least they used to

one look at him and you knew he was a great player
I tried to copy him,but my head always tilted and
then one day a fellas aid to me

if you look like that you won't be able to get a game

now some 40 years and 40 pounds later
he is the perfect picture of an orthodox stance
but he is not so pretty

He stood like Willie Mosconi only more athletic ,and with his head straight

You had to see it
some of the Cotton Bowling Palace old timers might remember

San Jose Dick could beat Jack,as could Billy Stroud and Alfie Taylor
Pucket and maybe a few others but he looked better even losing
which wasn't often

This lets you know what kind of action we used to have

now and then a road player would stop by,but seldom did
they prosper

Jose Parica.

He just looks very natural at the table, and everything is right in line...

i always thought cole dickson had a great stance, really looked rock solid. ceulemans

was so good, he influenced several generations of 3c players, it is very obvious. i like

fredric caudron and dani sanchez when it comes to fundamentals even if they are

billiard players.
