Who is Donny Mills?

I got a call last night from this Donny Mills asking me to play some. I was just wondering if anyone knows who he is and how good he plays. I also believe that he is on this forum.

If you like to play, why don't you just SHOW UP and play him? Then you'll know who he is, and how he plays. Match up, post up, and play some. If he kills you, you adjust the game or quit. If you kill him, he'll ask to adjust the game or quit. What's the big deal? It always amazes me how today everybody has to have the 420 on somebody before they'll even play. It didn't used to be that way, 30+ years ago, when I gambled pool for a living. I don't know you...you don't know me...post up and play!

the big difference between now and then is people now have more resources available and are smart enough to use them. you would have to be an idiot to play someone you can't clock for your own cash unless you are a world class player yourself...

If you want to gamble, flip a coin...

you mean 411 right? lol that wasnt a freudian slip was it? ;)

Fact: Donny Mills gets beat in tournaments by B players. I should know I did it last year at the Bird Bowl Fl tour event.

Mainplayer, instead of asking us to give you the roadmap to victory, why dont you just do it the old fashioned way and just step up and play?

Normally that would be the case. It just so happens to be that I live in Maine and he live in Florida. I already think that I have the best of it but I like to make sure. Are you going to put your money in on something that you don't have at least a 50/50 chance to win. I ve done more gambling then you could imagine and I found out the smart way to do things is find out who your playing first.

I'm not a world class player. But I play anyone that calls me and ask to play.
I'm sure Donny didnt call and say I've never played before and want to bet high. Clocking someone is fine, just dont be affraid to jump in the box with anyone.

Mainplayer... What is your real name?? You know Donnie's! Come clean..

Please Let Me Know Where & When To Sweat This Action

Poor Donnie is still making payments to the last three guys that wanted to know how he plays and will have them paid off in full by Saturday. Please come down here to Florida and enjoy the weather and get some of this easy money.
Make him rack his own and you've got the nuts for sure.....
Doug
( raising the bet every few games REALLY throws him off his game... imo )

That is OLD SCHOOL & it brought back memories of the "good old days".
When we were younger, we "played" real games outside. Now, kids "play" baseball, basketball, football or golf on their couch with a Nintendo or Gameboy in hand! They are snow white in August! Never see the sun! Too many things revolve around a computer nowadays!

Also, I can't imagine if computers were available 30 years ago, that guys like Earl Strickland, Mike Sigel, Bugs Rucker or any other real road player would get a phone call about matching up and say "Wait a minute until I Google that dude to see if he can make more than 2 in a row":D

The closest thing to a computer real pool guys use nowadays is pool genius Billy Incardona's noggin! He IS a walking pool computer when it comes to matching up.

You gave your age with that post Scott!

Sounds like you want me to play. I heard that he is one of the best rackers in 9-ball. Of course 10-ball is the game if it were to happen.

Didnt you come down and play in Melbourne last year? You finished pretty strong right...4-5 or something like that? I think I vaguely remember you and Earl playing he kept raking the table if he missed. You are pretty young also arent you?

Come on Mike, I know who you are and you know who Donnie Mills is.

I know who he is. Of course. I just don't know how he plays. Really I don't. I watched his once at the U.S. Open and I don't think it was the right read. I think he plays better then that. I also just found out who he has beat.
